FAQ

What are the pieces made of?

316L stainless steel, and 925 sterling silver where stated. The metal is declared on every product page and in the specs of every piece. No mystery alloys, no plating passed off as solid metal.

Will it survive water, sweat, daily wear?

316L steel does not tarnish and does not fear water. Wear it in the shower, at the gym, in the rain. 925 silver pieces will naturally darken with time; a polishing cloth brings them back.

Is it safe for sensitive skin?

Every supplier must provide REACH nickel-release certification before a piece is listed. If a piece is on this site, its paperwork exists.

Where is it made?

Every piece is designed in Paris and produced by international partners we have selected and tested. Each piece is checked and each box sealed by hand in Paris before it ships.

Do pieces come back in stock?

Yes. Core pieces restock. When something is a limited run, we say so explicitly on its page; otherwise, if it is gone, it is coming back.

What is in the box?

A matte black rigid box with the embossed monogram, the piece, a care card, and nothing that needs wrapping. It is made to be given, kept, or thrown across the room and survive.

Rings: wrap a strip of paper around the finger, mark where it overlaps, measure in millimetres, match the circumference below.

Bracelets: measure the wrist, add 1.5 cm, take the closest of 17 / 19 / 21 cm. Chains: 55 cm sits at the sternum, 65 cm falls below it.

Delivery

Shipped from Paris, tracked, signature on delivery. France within 48 hours. European Union under 5 days. Shipping cost is shown at checkout before payment.

Returns — 14-day EU withdrawal right

EU consumers may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without justification. The piece returns unworn, in its box. Refund within 14 days of receipt of the return. Write to hello@creativityandchaos.com to start a return.

Care

Steel: wipe with a soft cloth, keep away from abrasives. Silver: polish with an anti-tarnish cloth, store in the box. Both will outlast the reasons you bought them.
