Every order is packed by hand in Paris and shipped within 48 hours. Standard tracked shipping is included on every order. Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days within Europe, 7 to 14 days internationally. Once your ring leaves Paris, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Returns

If your ring arrives damaged or is not what you expected, write to us within 14 days at hello@creativity-and-chaos.com. We will arrange a return or exchange at no cost. The ring must be unworn and in its original packaging. We do not offer returns for change of mind, because every ring was chosen for you and packed with care.
